Pop Century's refurbishment, completed in March 2026, did not reinvent the rooms, but it did make them look warmer, fresher and less clinical through updated soft furnishings and finishes Changes in the colours and textures of the room impact how it feels rather than a change in layout that changes how you use the room.

The room refresh includes:

• refreshed curtains

• patterned upholstery

• Hidden Mickey details in the chair fabric

• a brighter palette with pops of blue, grey, green and orange

• soft sky-blue accents near the bed wall and bathroom

• warm, wood-toned flooring

To our eyes the first thing we noticed was the rug and then the thought of how is that going to stay clean! For a more peaceful stay, avoiding All Star Movies would be better for most UK visitors who will likely see some signs of work on a two week trip, even if there is no disturbance.
